Asus p8p67 2 issues, help!

I have a HAF 922 Case. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811119197 I've owned this thing for a while and I don't know where to plug in the wires for it on my p8p67 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813131705 to get the front USB and e-sata slots to be functional. Also everytime I hit the power button on my computer it revs all fans up for maybe 2-5 seconds, then completely turns off. Boots up again on its own and then runs. Is this a mobo issue or something else? I have this PSU http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817139006. It's been booting this way since I built it and no issues yet(didn't catch on fire)

I used them when I put my rig together but it seems the pins were different I don't know how tyo explain it.

Case pins in their manual, board pins in board manual, might be called different names but important is +/-!

nOT SURE BUT I read the *** out of both when I originally put it together and couldnt get it to fly.

I have same mobo in haf x case , it was doing same thing fans rev up then off and then boots up and works fine it was doing that for cpl days and then stopped now works fine.
