Case: Good case, but very expensive.
MB: Extremely pricy, not worth it IMO. You could save $200 going with a high end 890GX board. Unless you want to crossfire 4 video cards, its not needed.
CPU: AMD 1090T good gaming performance and good for multi threaded/multi cpu intensive tasks. If only used for gaming, I would get the AMD Phenom II 955 Black edition. Would save you $100.
Memory: Get a faster speed, with lower latency Cas 7 or 6 ram. Dominator is high end ram, but unnecessarily expensive.
PS: Get a high end 80 plus certified power supply. With enough power for all your components, dont skimp on the power supply.
Graphics Card: Get 2x6870 with money saved.
CPU Cooler: Get a high end air cooler.
HDD: Get a samsung spintpoint F3 1TB, they are roughly same price.

Well I think get two 6850 in crossfire because I saw some benchmark they pretty close together. For CPU cooler second option was the v6 gt. Memory, wat would you recommend for 8gb? I am on 1400 budget and I got next week before ordering, cause I been wait since august. Doesn't the extreme take nvadia?

Lotta case for the components ya putting in it. If ya need something that big,I'd take the DF-85 over the HAF-X .... having built with both this month, it's easy for me to say from experience it's a better case and $40 cheaper to boot .... but for your build, I'd do an HAF-922.

Again, I'd pull back on the MoBo and invest in a Intel based system w/ the Asus Sabertooth ($100 savings for 1366 and $150 for 1156). The new Sandybridge one, if ya can wait for it is gorgeous :)

This saves $120 for an i5-870 based system

This one gets you your case for $70 (Asus Sabertooth 1366 , i7-950 and HAF-X

Agreed on the H70....this "gimmick" by no means worth the money.

PSU is not one I'd trust my components to.

DDR3-1600 CAS 7 can be had for cheaper than those dominators

CAS 7 $80 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820226103
CAS 6 $92 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820227572

How do ya pass this up at $243

Rather than the $1345 components on your build, since ya like the HAF why not build something worthy of it

$600 Asus Sabertooth 1366 , i7-950 and HAF-X
http://www.newegg.com/Product/ComboDealDetails.aspx?ItemList=Combo.540792

$140 Mushkin DDR3-1600 CAS 7
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820226030

$150 XFX Black Edition 850 W PSU (10.0 performance rating on jonnyguri.com)
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817207001

$243 EVGA 470 GTX Superclocked
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814130549

$40 Scyth Mugen 2 SCMG 2100
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835185142

$70 Spinpoint F3 1 TB
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16822152185

If ya need an OS, get the combo with the F3 and save another $30

Total $1243

Getting the DF-85 Case ($140) / CP-850 ($120) / i7-950 ($294) and Sabertooth ($200) would cost ya $4 more than the HAF-X

Both are $100 cheaper for a much better build. Add $100 and add an SSD

Like the mushkin ram. ( only really need 4gig IMO ) ...... DO NOT like Ultra PSU's. Don't need to use the expensive water cooling. A heat sink and fan for one fourth the price will do if you don't want to use stock cooler.... unless want the quietness of the water system..... but those fans will make noise so it doesn't matter. Will stay out of the rest of build.

I would go intel, but i am sharing this pc with her and for some reason she doesnt like intel and would love to smash it. (not jk) She does video editing and stuff and while i just play few games at once, surf the web with alot(10-15) tab open, with occasion downloading of things, play music and crash our pc... I found the haf x for 140$ on amazon. As first timer of building pc, i want to try OC stuff. Only reason i choose Ultra PSU was warrenty but after listening what you guys say i going find psu or use one suggust. I wish i could decide most of this system but it her decision, i just like suggester.
