[SOLVED] Sleep/suspend button disabled

I recently installed a new motherboard in my desktop after the old one died, along with a new i7-2600K.

In the start menu, the sleep button is greyed out. I am sure that I have the correct/newest ATI drivers installed in the system. I really dislike not having a sleep function, as it is essential to my normal use of the computer (quick resume).

Is there some kind of driver I need to install or BIOS option I need to set to re-enable the sleep button?

System specs (that I figured would have any significance):
Intel i7-2600K @ 4.0GHz
Gigabyte GA-Z68X-UD3H-B3
OCZ Triple Channel 6B ram @ 1066MHz, 7-7-7-24 (Only two modules installed)
Sapphire Radeon HD 4850 X2
Two Seagate Barracuda 7200.12 1TB SATA drives (No RAID, just a bunch of disks (JBOD))

  1. It turned out to be some ghost X58 drivers. I uninstalled them and it works now.
