Replacing motherboard with exact same model

Hello,

My motherboard's USB ports no longer work and my board is still under warranty so I'm going to send it back to them for a exchange.

Would replacing the motherbaord for exactly the same model cause any problems?

No. Windows may ask for a reboot once if you install some of the usb accessories in a different port, but that's no big deal.

No. I swap boards all the time with similar chipsets; same board swaps are no problem with windows 7 or xp.
