Which one? MSI seems to be offering more features and a lower price but i cant find reviews for the MSI one.....

My pick -> ASRock Z68 Extreme3 Gen3 1. SLI support, 2. 8+4 Phase power. The MSI looks like a 4+1 maybe 4+2 and lacks SLI support; second PCIe is x4. For high OC'ing (4.5GHz+) you really want 12 or more Phases to the CPU on the LGA 1155.

Also, IF you're only going to use (1) GPU then ANY LGA 1155 1st PCIe is a straight link to the CPU and with an Ivy Bridge WILL run PCIe 3.0 speed. The 'GEN3 switch' is for the 2nd, 3rd, etc PCIe slots.

Though the data seems to be screwed-up with MSI.
