My pick -> ASRock Z68 Extreme3 Gen3 1. SLI support, 2. 8+4 Phase power. The MSI looks like a 4+1 maybe 4+2 and lacks SLI support; second PCIe is x4. For high OC'ing (4.5GHz+) you really want 12 or more Phases to the CPU on the LGA 1155.
Also, IF you're only going to use (1) GPU then ANY LGA 1155 1st PCIe is a straight link to the CPU and with an Ivy Bridge WILL run PCIe 3.0 speed. The 'GEN3 switch' is for the 2nd, 3rd, etc PCIe slots.
