Bios question

I just got an Asus Sabertooth 990fx installed yesterday.I noticed today that it has the bios from my old mobo in the programs.I don't see one for this mobo.I have looked online and also restarted my pc pressed delete to see the information from the mobo itself.It has an old version on there.I play lots of games and I would like some help to correctly update my bios so that I know I am getting the most from my mobo.

Try the old bios first. You may not need to update it, especially when overclocking. If your current bios overclocks well and the board is stable, I wouldn't do it.

ok but how do i get where my pc shows the right bios?and delete the old one without messing things up?
