Help with buying a new powersupply

My system needs a new power supply and maybe more. It was my first system I built from scratch and it seems to be getting a little rusty so if anyone could help me in determining what I will need to fix or better advance my system, your thoughts would be gladly appreciated.

my system specs are below.. I have 8GB DDR3 and the ATI 5570 GPU, all the rest is in the summery report i got form Everest.

What is your budget?

my budget is about $1k and its a 450Watt atm. I do a lot of gaming like WoW and others mmos

an antec 380w will run that just fine for around $40, the 5570 hardly draws much power.

I would suggest a new video card upgrade if you want better game performance. the 5570 is really a basic entry level gaming card. you can then select a new PSU to power your new card.

*also consider any future monitor upgrades and when/if that will occur.
