Thanks for all the responses.

Not sure if they would like the illusion cause cause the led fans. And that apex case is really cheap but I wonder if it is too cheap? The antec comes with a better exhaust fan and seems higher quality overall.

That is a good deal on the 1TB f3 spinpoint but I would prefer to order everything from newegg.

Anyone know if the 500GB f3 spinpoint is faster than the f4 320GB? I don't think they really need more storage than 320GB but if the f3 is faster it might be worth the few dollars extra.

The Biostar A880G+ looks like a good option. I believe both mobo's have core unlocking features (would like to try to unlock 4th core), but is there much a difference besides the integrated graphics between the two?

Thanks again.

1. No worries for folks/24-7 rigs the Apec mATX along with Rosewill's R-10X series are really awesome low costs solutions but if gaming is on the table i would look at Cooler Master Elite 341

2. Form Factor and multi display support via ATI Surround View on the A880G (if that matters)

If you want to go small form-factor here's a sub-$400 build w/ 4GB ram, Core i3/H55. I have the case/PSU and like it very much. You could then sell the video card as suggested. Anyway, just wanted to give an alternative -- maybe something you hadn't thought about.

Substitute the Samsung 320GB and/or 2GB for 4GB and it works too -- even cheaper.

I was leaning towards switching to this setup but they just removed the 12 dollar instant savings on the A880G+. And that other motherboard is not mATX so I cannot use it with the apex case.

Think they will lower the price on the A880G+ back to where it used to be anytime soon? If not I will probably go with my original build.
