I installed everything and powerer on, what i got was the leds for cpu usage were all on and the beeper was buzzing continuously.
What did i do wrong?
Plz help out because i am worried.

does the system boot with the video card out, and also make sure that the video card is inserted all the way, and for higher end cards, make sure it has power connected to it.

Could it be a mobo problem? because the gpu i'm using worked with no problems on my old pc(although there is the possibility of it being damaged some way/static electricity from when i had her in my hands or damage during traveling)
i would buy new gpu when Christmas came for a better price(i really want that hd 6870) so i prefer to w8 a bit more
thnx for all the help

dang, thats going to be a hard one to figure out, you might have to get another video card just to try it out. If it still doesnt work, then I might say its your mobo.

i ordered an 8400gs which was the cheapest i could find to do the testing(it is about the same price as taking the system to a store for them to test it). If it works it means that my 3850 R.I.P.
I'd like to make another question i'm planning on doing some overclocking but not crazy stuff and i'm hearing that the CM 212+ is really good option, but i found a Xigmatek Gaia available at the shop near me at almost the same price and i can't find any reviews for it except for which states that it beats the CM. Plz guide me and if i should repost in another forum also tell me.

I know it's really good cooler for the price.
Say i installed it, how high can i expect to overclock but still be in safe temps?

Change of question.
I used new ram modules and the computer boots all the way in ubuntu from usb, but the beeper keeps buzzing without pauses.
What does this mean?
