Hey there, earlier i accidentally rolled my chair back and pulled a wire from the mains , I didn't realise what happened at that moment but all my devices eg. table lights, etc, were flickering, apparently i had pulled the mains plug so that it was ALMOST out, but not fully. Then there was a sparking sound from the psu. I waited till the sound stopped, and prayed that everything was alright, i was in a middle of a game then so i clicked and was thinking of saving and BAM power out lol.

I'm using a seasonic M12II 620w psu (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817151095) , does it have any protection against power surges ? should I be worried about the sparks or the sudden shutdown?

Thanks

Everything turns on fine as usual , so does that mean im out of the red? or could some part of the computer be damaged and just waiting to show up?

If so, what parts could possibly be damaged ? Just the psu?
