What is the best thing to get rid of to free up space? (I also don't have Internet access because I can't install netgear without space on my computer)

Start by uninstalling anything you may have accedentally installed in the Control Panel under "Uninstall a Program." Just find something big enough that wont ruin your pc, and you can put it back on later. Use this: http://www.filehippo.com/download_ccleaner to clean up unneccesary files, remember to check the Wipe Free Space box to get the most space available on the hard drive. After you finish with that (it will take a while) I would use this: http://www.auslogics.com/en/software/disk-defrag/ and use the "Defrag and Optimize" option. I've been using this combo for a while and it works great to clean up the HDD's and get some more free space. Once you've done that uninstall any programs that take up uneccesary space that you don't use, if you are unsure of what a program is, just Google it. Lastly, run an anti-virus software to make sure any other malware or spyware is not taking up space too, I'd use these: http://www.superantispyware.com/downloadfile.html?productid=SUPERANTISPYWAREFREE AND http://www.avg.com/us-en/download-antivirus-free-thank-you-trinsidefree
