So I really want to increase my HDD RPM to 7200. So here is my question. Can I change it? and if I can, any good HDD's that will work with my laptop. Thanks, would prefer UK shop.

Yes, you can change it, any 2.5" SATA laptop hard drive should fit fine, but I suggest you consider a SSD drive since you won't really notice much performance increase going from a 5400RMP to a 7200RMP. But with a SSD, your laptop's boot and application start up performance will increase dramatically. l

Intel SSD are expensive but considered to be more stable, reliable and have a long lifespan. I got one for my gf's laptop. I also have an OCZ Vertex 3 which I am very happy with, but their new OCZ Vector Series SATA III has an amazing 5 year warranty, so that is one I would recommend.

SSDs are fantastic for laptops as long as you don't need large data storage. Above 256GB they get pretty pricey.
