I was thinking about getting a new psu and gpu fo it, but would this require a new pc case.
And also could anyone help me find a psu and gpu for gaming like call of duty black ops and gta 4.

it says that it's a mid tower, so it should handle any mid-high end graphics card. if you are worried about space, get a gtx 460 1gb ($200- $180 after rebate). its 8.25" long or so when the competition is over 10". ATi alternatives to this card would be a 5830, 5850 or 6850.

for a PSU you could look at this one: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

its a good psu for a mid range system. if you want to find a different one look for 650W or so.

The only thing im worried about is finding the right sized psu to fit in that case. If i cant find the right sized psu could i get a pc case with a psu already included.

most psu's are the same size, apart for the extended ones... just check and it will fit

Upgrading your PSU isn't gonna do crap, you'll be wasting money, and if you do get a better GPU, I doubt itll work with whatever mobo you have in a case like that
