Which 4850 should i buy?

My motherboard is a G41M-ES2H (PCI Express x16 slot, running at x 4)

And i need a new videocard as my old ones fan stopped working (it was an x1950)

I thinking about buying an HD 4850 from directcanada.com but there are so many versions of it and the prices range from $77 to $220

I have a budget limit of around $100

Can anyone recommend which 4850 i should buy, or maybe if i should buy a totally different card

I would get a GTS 450 for 130 bucks for direct 11 support.

it will be a noticeable step-up from your X1950 and youre CPU should be strong enough to not hold it back too much. PSUs is fine also.
