Hello all,
I just got new parts for my computer last week, put them in and have been racking my brain over this since.
I got a new MOBO, PSU, RAM, and GFX Card
When I turn the computer on with TWO sticks in matched slots (1&2 OR 3&4) the computer will crash to BSOD when it is "starting windows". I can run the computer perfectly fine when I use only one of the sticks (tried both, works fine with either). I tried running one stick in all the slots and the computer ran perfect with ANY stick put in ANY slot.
I tried right before coming to work today putting two sticks in staggered, slots 1 & 3, and the computer started up just fine and I had to walk out the door.
I havent been keeping track of the codes in the BSOD but I have seen several, one was 0x000001E
Got any ideas on what might be the cause?
