Ram makes practically no difference for overclocking the sandy bridge chips as you won't be modifying the base clock (bclock or bclk). In order to OC the 2600 all you do is raise the CPU multiplier. While the pair chosen are great modules you probably wouldn't see any real world benefit of using them over something like these, which are cheaper, as latency timing's impact on sandy bridge seems to be very minimal.

low voltage - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

reg 1.5v - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

reg 1.5v of the ripjaws flavor - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

This would give you $60 to put towards a better GPU or PSU if you are building a new system.
