Cant install any OS on my new build Please HELP..

This is my first pc that iam building.

xfx 790i ultra sli motherboard
G.SKILL Ripjaws Series 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3
intel Q6600 2.4 GHz
320GB western digital HD
cooler master 700w silent pro review
re used dell cd DVD+/-RW - Serial ATA

i can run a live cd but when i try to intall any os ( ubuntu 32 and 64 bit, xp 32bit, vista 32bit, windows 7 32bit,)
i get and error

Windows cannot install required files .
error code: 0x80070570

some time i will just get a blue screen
technical error code: 0x0000001a

sometime it will just freeze or shut down
the processor, HD , cd drive are reused from a dell inspriron 530 that i have.
PSU is new, RAM is new, Motherboard i got used form Amazon.

Please help.

Is the HDD recognized in BIOS?

yes the hard drive is seen in the bios. it will alow me to partition it and i have tried 2 hard drives one IDE one sata.

try to run memtest and see if you get any errors. Use only one memory stick during install.
in Bios disable temporarily the USB ports and attach the keyboard and mouse via p/s2 ports. save settings and reboot. Alternatively, you can try removing all USB peripherals and use the p/s2 ports without changing anything in bios.
If no dice try going in bios>sata settings/operation > change from "RAID Autodetect / AHCI" to "RAID Autodetect / ATA".

Sometimes the media can be corrupted, as well. Are the discs original?

I ran Memory Test on bolth of my memory sticks one at a time turns out that one of my sticks is bad. so iam only using one stick for right now . but thank you very much for the help. . iam currently running win 7 64bit. :bounce:
