What are p5k limits?(video card mem, video card ddr, ram, etc.)

hello, i recently started having problems with newest games (witcher2, rage, etc.)
i would like to know what are my p5k motherboard limits
my current stats are
motherboard p5k
processor intel core2 due cpu e6550 2.33 ghz
memory 6gb ram
video card sapphire hd4870

Here's a good video that shows 'Bottlenecking' of your CPU. You could add a Core 2 Quad CPU, 50/50 need a new PSU, and add a better GPU e.g. GTX 560 {still with bottlenecking but less} <or> consider an LGA 1155 new build.
