Need motherboard advice

Hi, I'm building my own computer for the first time, and I'm getting a little overwhelmed. I already have an intel i7 950 processor and 2 GTX 460 graphics cards. I need some help choosing a motherboard that can make the best use out of these. I'm hoping to spend no more than about $250. I might overclock in the future, but not right away seeing as how I'm still not savvy yet. I plan on playing plenty of shooters on this computer, so graphics quality is pretty important. Thanks for any help!
