I have a built ready for my friend that asked me if i can put one together for him round about £600-£700

1 Antec Three Hundred Gaming Midi Tower Case - Black £ 49.29
1 OCZ ModXStream Pro 600W Modular Silent SLI/Crossfire Ready ATX2.2 Power Supply £ 62.86
1 LG GH22NS50 22x SATA Internal DVD±R/RW Drive - Black £ 13.51
1 G.Skill RipJaw 4GB (2x2GB) DDR3 PC3-10666C8 1333MHz Dual Channel Kit £ 64.99
1 Samsung HD103SJ SpinPoint F3 1TB SATA-II 3.5" Hard Drive £ 40.95
1 AMD Phenom II X4 Quad Core 955 Black Edition 125W C3 (Socket AM3) Processor - Retail £ 110.44
1 Asus M4A79XTD Evo AMD 790X (Socket AM3) DDR3 PCI-Express Motherboard £69.99
1 Sapphire HD6850 1GB GDDR5 Graphics Card £ 148.64

If i buy all this, are there going to be all cables needed included?
Also will there be cable to connect the monitor to the tower?
And will this all fit together fine?
Also my friend is tight on budget and also needs OS (win7) as he only has XP so i will have to add that to the budget is well.

Everything looks good and you may want to consider getting a cable separate as they usually come with the monitors... Everything else will be included to build the PC
Those are all quality items that you picked too, good choices!
