Why system date changes automatically

What does it change to ? A date in the past ?
faulty CMOS Battery - Replace it.

We need more info; It's either A CMOS batter (which a watch battery on your motherboard) or you have the wrong Timezone settings on your windows installation.

a bit of same problem with me ive got a win 7 ultimate installed and the problem is that the time and date keeps changing to some date in future like 2018 ,2022 and ive already scanned my computer with malwarebytes antimalware and zone alarm antivirus but found no infections.........would scan with some others also but still any idea/solution anyone ?????
