Hello, My specs are
Operating System: Windows XP Professional (5.1, Build 2600) Service Pack 3 (2600.xpsp_sp3_gdr.100427-1636)
Language: English (Regional Setting: English)
System Manufacturer: Dell Inc.
System Model: Dell DXP051
BIOS: Phoenix ROM BIOS PLUS Version 1.10 A07
Processor: Intel(R) Pentium(R) D CPU 2.80GHz (2 CPUs)
Memory: 2046MB RAM
Page File: 745MB used, 3193MB available
Windows Dir: C:\WINDOWS
DirectX Version: DirectX 9.0c (4.09.0000.0904)

I Got a few questions on what I should do, im looking to play starcraft 2 on high/ultra settings. I can already do this but when I get to about 200 food while playing 4v4 I tend to get 1fps. I have a 375w power supply on this machine with a nvideo 7950gt. If anyone could recomend me to a card that I could possibly just upgrade to without having to find a new power supply also. If not please shoot me towards the best power supply and budget card for about 100. I was checking out this card http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/searchtools/ite...

Thanks a ton :bounce:  :bounce:

What size is you screen? I have a HD4850 in a XPS400 and It runs great.

The 220 is not a big jump from the 7950GT you would be better to go with the HD4850, You can get one for under $100 from Newegg.

Go here and look at the best GPU for the money.

Look at the chart on the last page and look at the GPU and what tier they are on.

If you must go with nVidia go with the GTS 250.

Well today I wanted to see what I could expirement with and bought a 4650 at my local bestbuy and It did improve it a good 15-20fps but I still lagg in 4v4's after 20 minutes when there are alot of things going on. Does anyone know a good power supply I could pick up for about 60$. I also am probably gonna return this card and get a refund and spend the extra 70-90$ for the gts 250. I just want to make sure my processor will keep up and it would be worth it.
