Hi guys.I have the system components as follows-
AMD Athlon II X4 620
ASUS M4N68T-M motherboard
Zotac GTX 460 video card
UMAX UPB 3800 Speakers
I want a good sound card for playing games and watching movies.
I also want a recommendation for good 5.1 speakers as the UMAX one has gotten very old.

You don't need to spend alot of money for improved audio.
A $50-70 Asus card would be fine along with a set of Logitech X-540's if you can find them.
They sell X-540 factory refurbs all day long for $50 in Canada.

Your case has a cut out for a backplate to be installed, so you SHOULD be fine installing...
