Msi gtx 470 help please!!!!

Hello,
I've this card for about a month- The fan has suddenly stopped working. Afterburner says the fan is on, and it that it goes up with the temps, but the fan doesn't actually move. Then it overheats and shuts down the system. I can't start my computer long enough to figure out whats going on. I can't even reinstall windows 7!!! Is this a hardware issue? There's nothing blocking the fan...

Look up on replacing the fan instead. Make sure the fan isn't somehow disconnected from the power line.
