Is my gpu starting to fail?

I have a stock clock EVGA GTX 285 gpu.
I have recently been experiencing two issues that I believe is my gpu starting to fail.
1: while playing BFBC2 online my screen goes black and comes back, this cycles back and forth from game screen to black etc. this does this randomly while in game play.

2: every now and then I get blue screen. the screen says, clock interrupt was not received on a secondary processor within allocated time interval. Reading through many forums I find its a gpu related issue.

Any ideas?

asus p6t deluxe, mobo
intel I7-920, cpu
pcp&c 750 watt sli cert, ps
ocs ddr2 10666, 6 gigs memory

uhm did u try reinstalling your OS or updating the driver

I dont believe it is an os or a driver issue, IT only happens under heavy 3d load
