What card with my PSU?

Well, I have a Thermaltake 450W PSU it has only 2x 6 Pin Connectors What the most powerfull card i can get with my PSU, Im not planning to get one till my GTS250 Cant run games 50+ Fps at max settings Anyways, So what would be best with My PSU?

Edit: Also one that is no bigger than 9 - 9.5 Inches

Agree, you can get GTX460 for your PSU...

Though the GTX 460 will work, we need to have more info on the rest of your system to make sure that it won't be bottlenecked.
