My EVGA GTX 275 has been getting this intermittent error, mostly with Lord of the Rings Online.

0x00000116 (0xfffffa80090054e0, 0xfffff8800ffcacf8, 0x0000000000000000, 0x0000000000000002)

I understand that a 116 error is graphic card or driver related. I've thoroughly removed the driver and installed the latest NVIDIA driver, but that did not help. I also verified that there are no heat issues. If I try to run FurMark stability test, it fails within a few seconds and locks up my PC, sometimes getting a BSOD with the 116 error. Does this sound like my graphics card is kaput? Seems to run fine on less graphic intensive games and apps. Thanks for any help.

If it's failing a stability test, I'd suggest trying an older driver, something that's been proven stable for a while now (Use Driversweeper first to make sure that your old drivers are completely removed).

If the issue still happens, then I'd wager you have a bad card. Just out curiosity though, what's your Power Supply like, how long have you had this card, is this the first time it's happened, etc?
