Windows 7 and standard compliant SD Host Controller

I used a driver evaulation software which states I need to update my Standard Compliant SD Host Controller for Windows 7. I tried locating it online and can't find it. There are update versions for XP, NT, 2003, Vista, but not Windows 7, although my search seems to incidate it's available.

Search results are quite misleading, as well as those driver sites, leading you to believe they have what you are looking for.
