I would like to ask, frequently, there is a scrapping sound coming from my harddisk whenever I transfer data. Sometimes, it even having the scrapping sound once i connect my hard disk to my laptop. Does this mean that my harddisk is going to spoil soon?

The only way to find out is to test it. From your post I assume it's an external hard drive, in which case you can test it with Windows-based software.

Go here and download/install SeaTools for Windows: http://www.seagate.com/support/downloads/seatools/

I had the same thing happen to me, and now I can't access any data off it.
Backup your data onto a new disk immediately and stop using it.
If it's still under warranty, usually 2-3 years, then try to open a support line with the manufacturer.

I was not so lucky and will have to send my disk to a data recovery clean-room service now, which can cost upwards of $500.
