How would a quadro perform in comparison to say, a GTX 480 in gaming? One like this

http://www.nvidia.com/object/product-quadro-6000-us.htm...

Like, what can this one do that a normal Geforce can't? And would this one even play games as well since it's a workstation graphics card and not a gaming graphics card? I know there are differences just would like to know more about it. I guess this could also be a discussion about it rather then a question.

More about : quadro

Quadros are meant for workstation tasks, 3d rendering, that stuff, not for gaming. A regular graphics card will always outperform a workstation graphics card when it comes to gaming.

Let's make this simple, Quadro cards are good for workstation works like 3D rendering but can't do much when it comes to gaming.
gaming cards are good for gaming but CAN do workstation works nicely...
So if you aren't gaming at all then go with quadro cards, if you want to gaming a little/lot then get gaming card. :)
