will a AMD Athlon II X3 450 Rana 3.2GHz 3 x 512 KB L2 Cache Socket AM3 95W Triple-Core Desktop Processor fit in an inspiron 530s?

The Inspron 530s is an Intel system. So the quick answer is no, an AMD processor will not work. You would have to use an AMD motherboard.
