Memory support for Asrock H67M motherboard

Hi can this board AsRock H67M

support memories up to 1800Mhz?

like the Kingston Lovo 1800C9D3LK2/4GX
or 4gb Vengeance (Z4GX3M1A1600C9/B) 4x1

I'm confused with the memory support list of the board.

I see. is there any difference between 1333, 1600 and 1800 speed. performance?
