More about just built signal monitor
  1. If the PC boots up, you should hear only one beep. Check if the monitor is turned on. You could hook it up to another PC and see if it works. Also, try booting your PC with another monitor and see if it posts. We'll take it from there on, according to the results of these tests.
  2. Does the onboard graphics work or is it just your video card not putting out anything?
  3. well basically i put it all together yesterday ive tried the different monitor idea but it still had no connection ive used both vga conn and direct dvi from the graphics card and yet still get nothing ive booted without the graphics card and still get nothing im not a computer wiz but im pretty sure all the cables are in their correct respective slots other then that im all out of ideas everything powers up the fans the cpu fan and i hear the harddrive boot up but still get nothing :/
