Dual core is two CPU cores in one package so to speak.
Core 2 Duo was the name of a processors marketed by Intel.
e.g - you have:
Core 2 solo (1 core)
Core 2 Duo (2 cores)
Core 2 Quad (4 cores)

The market is now (Intel) Core i3,i5,i7 and (AMD) Athlon X2,3,4 Phenom,X2,3,4,6 and sempron X1
(X2 = 2 cores)

Build your self and you will get much better rig but if you can't build, the 2nd one is better for CPU, HD and RAM but you'll need a GPU.

Forgot 2 menton abt Grapix Card but aside frm Grapix card can u plz explain in Detail y da Dell machine with 2Xeon (3.2ghz) pros isnt better than E7500 imean it ve got 2Dual core Pros as ive learnt from this Forum & Few others its Intel which says u ll get abt 25% Difference in Dual Core comparin with Core2Duo while da Users says its abt 10 to 15 %. (keep in mind its abt tat comparison was abt 1 processer) while da machine ive mention have 2, wont it make it almost same or more in performance VS E7500(2.9ghz)??? cuz if igo with Dell 670 ialso dnt va 2 buy anew PSU which also would be atlest 500Watts.
Or Its Xeon Technology which isnt capable or compatible against E7500???
