Problems with installing the operating system

I have recently bought a computer that I built myself. Everything worked fine until I tried to install the operating system. It kept asking for a disk to install the operating system. I accidentally put in the Utility dvd that came with the motherboard. After that it says "loading operating system" until I turn off, or restart, my computer. There is no operating system on it and I have the disk for it, but it wont install it.

I don't really know what im doing and cant figure out how to fix this.

  1. You have to put in a Windows (version here) Install DVD (CD)

If you don't have one you will have to either buy one, or go to a different computer and download a Linux version (such as Ubuntu) and install it.
  2. Hardware ready --> BIOS update --> OS installation DVD --> Utility DVD
  3. In bios select boot device
    CD/DVD as 1st device
    load Win7 in dvd device
If it still doesn't work you have other issues
