How to hook 3 pin fans to power supply?

Hey everyone, I just purchased 2 120mm LED fans online for the side of my coolermaster case, and I have the installation down, with no problems. However, how do i get the 3 pin connectors to hook into my power supply? What kind of converter do i need?

This particular adapter can either just connect to an available PSU connection, or go in-line with an existing PSU connection (like between the PSU and your DVD drive, hard drive, etc) so you don't have to waste a power supply connection.
