Hello, I'm helping a friend building a new pc, and I need some advice.

700€ is the limit. For gamming purpose only.

We are thinking on this build:

Core i5 760 (176€)
DD3 Hperx 1600 CL9 (64€)
Asus P7H55 M PRO (75€)
Samsung SH-S223L (19€)
Corsair CMPSU 650 TXEU (76€)
WD5000AAKS (38€)
Asus GTX 470 v2 (220€)
Asus TA 863 (27€)

Should we change any thing?

Looks nice to me -- good choices for the price. The only thing I would question is the case--are you set on that? There are probably better options for the money with more ventilation, etc.

No, we are not set on that case. My friend did like AEROCOOL COOLVIEW SILVER.

I told him that: AEROCOOL VX-9 PRO or Nzxt gamma could be better options, but I'm not sure.

^^ IMO P55 boards would be better -
Gigabyte P55-USB3 Or Gigabyte P55A-UD3 Or ASUS P7P55D-E LX

+1 for a different case - The NZXT Gamma would be a very good option IMO, but add additional fans as it comes with only 1...

HDD - Check Samsung F3 500GB, it is better...

why get a diferent board?

 

btw, we have no plans do make SLI on the next 5 years :)

^ Those are the lower-end boards, which offer better overclocking and newer features such as USB3.0/ SATA 6GB/s...
