Is this card compatible with my mobo?

I just got this here and was wondering if a ATI 5770 is compatible with the MOBO in that kit..
I already have a PSU here so it'll have enough power, but will it fit and run the way it's supposed to?

MOBO is a GIGABYTE M68MT

The mobo has 1 PCIe x16 slot, so the card will fit in that. Since the HD 5770 is shorter than the width of an ATX mobo (9.6"), the card will fit in your case. Its even likely that the card will run fine with a 450W psu that delivers 450W.
