New AMD Gaming Build, opinions?

I have put together a build that i believe will work fine, but want a final input and/or changes.
Yes i know its an nVidia card, but it works with AMD. Nothing wrong with cross matching.

Bundle(CPU, RAM, MOBO,and HDD)

CPU: AMD Phenom II x4 955
RAM: G.SKILL Ripjaws Series 4GB
HDD: Seagate Barracuda 7200rpm 1TB Drive

Display: Asus 24" Full HD Monitor

Case & OS: Rosewill Challenger and Windows 7 Home Premium

CPU Cooling: Cooler MAster Hyper 212 Plus

PSU: Cooler Master eXtreme Power Plus 700W

Optical Drive: LITE-ON 24x DVD Writer

GPU: PNY Geforce GTS 460

  2. Overall, pretty good, but I'd go for a different (more stable and reliable) PSU. Look at this:

    That series of PSUs cannot pull their rated wattage:

    With the GPU, consider switching to this Gigabyte version:
    Cheaper (plus there's the MIR) and since it uses dual fans it should run cooler.

    Also, if you count the shipping costs for your monitor mb consider this:
    Picture quality is supposed to be good for a TN panel, plus LED back lit helps with contrast ratios a bit.
