Help cant install windows bcuz disk has EFI partition table

what does this mean abd can someone give me advice? Tried reinstalling windows cuz i had a windows recocery error...formatted ssd and then it said windows cant install on EFI hd only MBR.

delete the partitions and then run the install and when you get to the screen where it asks you to select a drive, none will be shown. Select new and your drive should be listed to proceed.
