Will nvidia geforce 7900gs run cod4

Used to run COD4 fine on same computer with same 7900gs graphics card. Now, after couple of minutes, get various colors/lines through the screen, blocking some of the area. Have upgraded to latest patch.

Any suggestions?

I had a 7900gs as well and ran COD4 with no problem. Check the temps it reaches under load. If they are high that's probably the problem. Else you GPU could be dying.
Also, did you overclock the card?

It is time that you clean your card and if that does no good then it upgrade time. I used to own a EVGA 7800GS CO and three EVGA 7900gs ko but still own two 7900GTX Duo so I know those cards very very well. The stock coolers are crap from day one and it was common that they would get fairly hot and the same goes for the vram.
