Jumper settings on WD5003abyx

ok i just got a new wd5003abyx and im not familiar with jumper settings. what would happen if i just installed the hard drive as is. i want to install only this hard drive so everything will be on here.it has 8 pins but it came with no jumpers set at all. i dont have any of those pins that you stick in there, so im wondering if i dont set any jumpers what would happen?

computer specs(just in case):
mobo msi880gm e43
cpu amd phenom II x2 555
4gb ram
ati hd5670
700w power supply
