I'm in the process of building a computer. I had made up my mind on a msi mobo, but i was referred to a new CPU: AMD Phenom II X4 960T Zosma 3.0GHz because of the ability to unlock it into a 6 core and OC at 3.8GHz with ease. Also at this time i was told to be careful with msi mobos and was then referred to a ASUS sister brand because they were better generally. Since i'm building this computer in a mATX case i had to find a ASUS mobo to fit it and i found one that had Core Unlocker Technology? So... basically i'm asking for a bit of feedback on which mobo would be best for my setup.

These are the 2:

ASUS

msi

This one is out of stock on newegg and would run around $125 on another website

Very quick rundown of my setup:
Nzxt Vulcan Case
^mobo's listed
^cpu listed
HSF: Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo
PSU: Corsair 600w
GPU: Sapphire Radeon 6770
Memory: 4gb x2 Kingston HyperX 1600
OS, couple fans, disk drives, etc...

Sorry for all the ranting, i just wanted to make the whole picture clear. And to sum it all up. Which mobo should i buy?

Honestly they will both do the same thing, and are good brands. MSI has gotten better over the years, but I was bit by a MSI board a few years back, and haven't gone back... I much prefer the Gigabyte and Asus brands, with MSI falling behind in my list of trusted products...
