Need help with new Photoshop PC

Hey,

I am a photographer with intermediate experience with computers looking at building an editing/minor gaming machine.

More info:

Budget is <2000 CAD (Aprox 1900 USD MAX) for tower.

Want something new, fast and is able to be upgraded down the road.

Programs I normally use are: Adobe Photoshop & Lightroom

Game I use: Flightsim 9/X

Replace the Caviar Black with the Samsung Spinpoint F3.
