Bios GX620 - motherboard

Hello,
Just installed a replacement motherboard in Dell GX620 does not find the bios on reboot. What did I do?

Need more info. Is it getting power? Did the fans inside the system turn when you installed the atx connector from the power supply? Did you flash the bios? Have you checked the power supply? You may also have a ram stick that's not quite seated all the way into the slot. This will cause a no post situation.
