I5 2500k CPU, what mobo/ram??

Building a gaming computer. What motherboard should I get, ATX size, single gpu, need usb 3.0, plan on overclocking the 2500k, nothing too extreme (air cooled), I assume I want a Z68 chipset, is that right? I have been using Asus since I began (pentium 3 days), open to try others if they are equal quality.

As for ram, 4gb should be enough right?

So what motherboard and ram combo should I get?

any other help? I was thinking Asus P8P67, and possibly thinking of getting the pro so I can have the option if need be to SLI/Xfire. Is this a good choice?
