Hello,
I have windows 7 (32 bit)

patriot- 2x2gb / pcs-6400 800mhz

AMD turion 64x2 mobile technology TL-60 2.00 GHz

Field Value
Motherboard Name ATI SB600

I don't know what other info is needed...
My computer has been running a lot slower... I do defrags and system scans ALL the time, I run iolo system mechanic, and norton...

I found that my computer was only running on 1gb of ram instead of the 2 it used to have... I got the new ram (listed above) assuming something was wrong with the other. My computer doesn't see it... I don't know why and I don't know anything about memtest86... even if it found "errors" or something, that wouldn't mean anything to me...

can someone help me figure out whats wrong?

Is it reasonable to run the memtest and than post the results to this site for translation?

Thank-you in advance for limiting the number of what a moron i am comments! :)

most likely your motherboard doesn't support more than 2-4 gb of RAM... time for an upgrade
