i haven't heard of a cases that supports more that 1 mobo..
what you could do is get a server rack: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16816215189

And use server chassis for the mobos and insert them in the rack. But i dont really see another way?.

I cant really recommend a server chassis for you. you could alwasy chack newegg for that : http://www.newegg.com/Store/SubCategory.aspx?SubCategory=412&name=Server-Chassis

and then you could use a kvm switch to put all the cables together: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817107419

And if you were talking about a normal case there was one the Mozart TX, i could hold 2 mobos but its not being sold anymore...

i hope this helped you :)

What company builds custom case of this kind?

That thing is ridiculous.

Also, I think you'd need to build your own case. Sounds like a great project though. It'll give you an excuse to build a new computer for the CAD drawings!
