Move windows to a different hard disk

Hi guys,
Ive just purchase a 500 gb sata 3 (6gb/s) hard disk and installed it :bounce. I want to transfer all my files (like steam games) onto my new hard disk and want to install windows 8 onto it, any suggestions? (the OS im using is Windows 8)

Disk Cloning software will make an exact copy of one hard drive (including the boot code) on to another hard drive: http://downloadsquad.switched.com/2008/09/05/5-free-apps-to-clone-your-hard-drive/

You will first have to install the new hard drive either internally as a second drive, or buy an external enclosure for it. No need to partition it, the cloning process will do that. When cloning is complete, replace the old drive with the new one.
