Hello,
i hav a samsung laptop R528 which has a HDMI cable, m trying to connect my laptop to a LG led tv via HDMI-cable which has a HDMI port at one side and RGB ports at the other side.....i did connect and there is no sign of both an audio as well as a video.... please help me

You need to use your display adapter settings to clone your desktop to the "second" monitor. Check your display settings, there should be an option there for you.
